Partition Manager Partition backup

Partition Manager does not only copy partitions. It can also make the partition into backup files. Then, let's see how to backup partitions with Partition Manager.

Launch the software, and we shall see four partitions as the picture shows: C(FAT32 9.8GB)\H(NTFS 9.8GB)\E(NTFS 500MB)\G(NTFS 10.2GB).

Now try to create a backup for partition H.

Launch the software and select the Wizards -> Simple Backup from the menu in the main user interface.

Second, after the simple back up, you shall see the following dialogue box.

Click Next to continue.

Select the partition that need to do data backup according to the tips, here select partition H, and the software shall show the size and allocated spaces.

Third, after the confirmation to backup disk D and click Next to continue:

We can see from the dialogue box that, for partition H, it is defaulted to be copied in the disk C and the folder name can be defined. Of course, users can also try to store the backup files into other disk or partition.

At last, click Next and you can get all the process completed.
