To retest bad sectors
- 1. Select a partition.
2. Click Partition > Advanced > Bad Sector Retest.
3. Click OK.
Tips
1. The Bad Sector Retest operation applies to FAT and FAT32 partitions only.
2. If you have open files on the partition being retested, PartitionMagic will reboot your machine and run the operation in boot time mode.
